Specialize in finest works in contemporary glass.

Twenty-nine years ago Habatat Galleries had the strength, courage and vision to create a place where young artists experimenting in glass could express their creativity without boundaries. From its modest beginnings, Habatat has grown into what is regarded by many as the premier glass gallery specializing in the finest works of contemporary glass.

Inspired by that legacy, I opened Habatat Galleries Chicago in 1996 with its founder, Ferdinand Hampson. As an art dealer, I strive to create an atmosphere that encourages imagination, freedom and purpose.

Reupholster fabrics, redo cushions, antiques.

Imagine a Parisian salon glittering with decorative accessories and furniture from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries, where fine reproductions meld beautifully and gracefully next to period antiques. Picture items such as tôle cachepots, hand-colored prints, gilt sconces, needlepoint, and Aubusson pillows and rugs, objects in porcelain and brass, vintage and new silver and linens.

Or maybe you can picture a Provence kitchen brimming with traditional ceramics hand-painted in the colors of the landscape; pewter accessories, roosters, santons and Provencal prints. From oil paintings to olive oil jars, from limoges to lavender, from Quimper to Patrick Frey, we've got the selection for you.

Take a trip to France in this vintage Gold Coast row house and discover the French life. "Savoir-vivre" means knowing how to live, how to surround yourself with beautiful furnishings and objects, and setting a beautiful table. Whether you share our passion for the total look or it's an accent piece that is needed, Ma Maison Française will show you "savoir-vivre."
